By accessing or using Vydit AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Vydit AI is an artificial intelligence brand intelligence platform that:

• Analyzes brand visibility across major AI models
• Generates Neural Scores and reports
• Provides actionable improvement plans
• Tracks brand perception over time

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per person or organization
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at security@vydit.com

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime via billing portal
• No refunds after an analysis is run
• Yearly plans billed upfront
• Price changes notified 30 days ahead

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Resell access without Agency plan
• Abuse the API or run automated scripts
• Impersonate other users or brands
• Attempt to access other users data

• Vydit AI owns all platform code, design, and AI models
• You retain ownership of your brand data and analysis results
• You may not copy or redistribute Vydit's interface or reports without permission

• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI model outputs
• Results may vary across different time periods
• Not a substitute for professional marketing or legal advice

• Vydit AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to amount paid in the last 12 months
• Not liable for business decisions made based on analysis results

We may terminate or suspend your account for violating terms or fraudulent activity.

• Access to service immediately revoked
• Data deleted within 30 days
• No refund for remaining period
